1. Talk to Arus' mother in Upper Iron city (req lvl 40+ and has 100001G +)
2. Go back to uptown and speak to Apprantice Blacksmith Arus

3. Go back to Arus' mother and she will open the shop

Lv 45 Spelluser's Armor
1. Speak to Descended Titanian in northen premande, follow by Abbot (req lvl 40+)
2. Bring 1 [Flower] to Descended Titanian, follow by Abbot
3. Descended Titanian will then open the shop

1. Speak to Ryu in east cape (req lv 40+)
