1. Do the "Mother's Medicine Northen Remedy Quest" from cafe employee
2. You must gather all 6 elemental flower petals. This requires the Farmer's skill Plant Knowledge to get the items. Give them to Magic Shopkeeper at Northen Promade. And you will get the quest item. (*if she didn't take the petals, try speak with her again when your fame 30++)
3. Then give the item to Novice Adventurer Porol in Lower Part of Iron City. It will unlock the shop.

1st completion reward a mats for crafting Lv 52 sword and open the shop
2nd completion reward 1 skill point

Speak to the sorcerer in the magicshop(downtown)
Bring a [crystal] and enchant it with any element fairy
Bring it back to the sorcerer and she will open the shop
Location of the 6 fairy:
Wind -> Battleship island
Fire -> Staff desert
Water -> Snov snowfield
Earth -> East cape
Dark-> Island of undead
Light ->Acronia Eastern beach
